Work Fit Programme & Health For Life Course - BT

Following the success of the WorkFit programme BT has reserved 3000 places
on the Health for Life course to be allocated to BT employees, their family
members and friends on a first come, first served basis. At the moment
Health for Life is only open to BT Work Fitters and their friends and
family. The window for registration for Health for Life closes on 17th
February.
The Health for Life course is being run in association with Further
Education Colleges throughout the UK. It shows you how to get fitter,
improve your diet, reduce stress and generally help you develop a healthier
lifestyle. The Health for Life course is open to UK-based BT employees at NO
COST (subject to availability), provided they register their interest by
17th February 2006. The course offering has also been extended to family
members and friends at discounted rate of £99. The Health for Life course
provides you will a basic understanding of how to exercise safely and to put
the knowledge you gain into practice. Upon completion you will receive a
Level 1 qualification. In order to qualify for a place on the Health for
Life course, you must first register your interest by completing an online
registration.
